To say that I am happy to have worked on this would be a tremendous understatement. I grew up playing the original Sonic games both on the Game Gear and Genesis, then Saturn, Dreamcast, and on - I was a true Sega kid. The games, media and characters have been an ever present part of many memories from growing up, so it has always been a dream to have my own little place in the franchise history.

A huge heartfelt thanks is due for Jacob Covey (AD) for taking a chance and putting me on this and advocating to fit my style into the set. I feel I was able to put my own take on these icons that is reflective of the perspective and influences of the series from my childhood, and I am genuinely thrilled to see these realized at last.
